Emma Kemp has earned her Protea colours in Judo by winning the 2026 national trials in both the Junior and Senior divisions of her weight category. She will be competing in at least two African Judo tournaments in April 2026 (Senior African Champs in Kenya) and in July 2026 (Junior African Champs in Morocco). Since Judo is a self-funded sport, a raffle is being organized to help raise funds for her participation. By entering the raffle, you not only stand a chance to win a R2000-00 voucher from Die Vleis WInkel (Brackenfell), but you will also directly support Emma’s travel and tournament costs. All proceeds will go towards her competition-related expenses.
